Dosage
One sachet at breakfast or 20 minutes before meals or as directed by Physician.
How to take it
Empty sachet contents in 100 ml luke warm water 25-30 0C. Keep for 5 minutes stir well and drink or mix with 1 tsp honey, keep for 5minutes and take it.

Commiphora mukul is the resin of the mukul myrrh tree which grows throughout India and Arabian countries. Guggul has been used for millennia in ancient Indian ayurvedic medicine for many ailments, including inflammation, weight loss, arthritis, broken bones and lipid metabolism disorders. In more recent times, it is being used for the treatment of atherosclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis, and elevated cholesterol10. Guggul still shows promise for weight loss due to its ability to stimulate thyroid hormone production. One of the components of guggul, guggulsterone, is a natural steroid complex that is responsible for the thyroid effect. Guggulsterone is found in several weight loss aids. This is significant because the thyroid gland produces hormones that are needed to regulate metabolism11. Studies show guggul may change thyroid hormone metabolism, increasing levels of circulating T3, or triiodothyroxine, a thyroxine metabolite known to raise overall metabolism
Garcinia Cambogia, also known as Garcinia, contains a biologically active compound called Hydroxycitric acid (HCA), which is known by the scientific community to inhibit the synthesis of lipids and fatty acids and lower the formation of LDL and triglycerides. Research suggests that this natural extract may also inhibit the conversion of excess calories to body fat. Garcinia a very popular herbal remedy for controlling obesity all over the world and is currently becoming a rage in America, Japan, Europe and many other western nations. It is recommended as a dieting aid supported by exercise and a balanced nutritional diet.
Garcinia cambogia is most commonly recognized for its ability to help individuals lose weight due to various effects it may have on the body. This fruit is believed to help people lose weight in the following ways:12
1. It has been suggested that the HCA in Garcinia cambogies inhibits the body's ability to store fat, possibly causing more fat from foods to pass through the body without being stored13.
2. Garcinia cambogia may cause the body to use existing body fat for energy during prolonged exercise. Ordinarily, carbohydrates are used first during exercise
3. In a few animal studies the hydroxycitric acid (HCA) produced by Garcina cambogia appeared to reduce appetite by raising the amount of serotonin in the body. (Serotonin is a neurotransmitter that is thought to affect appetite control). Department of Physiology researchers at Georgetown University Medical Center in Washington D.C. called Garcinia a safe, natural supplement for normal weight support. In an 8-week study of 60 volunteers, they reported Garcinia's effectiveness in supporting normal weight and cholesterol levels, normal triglycerides and normal serum lipid levels14.
Wheat grass has only about 10-15 calories per teaspoon. It has no fat or cholesterol. It has nearly a gram of protein per teaspoon,
and includes all eight of the essential amino acids, as well as 13 of the remaining 16. The amino acids it doesn't contain are easily made within the body.
It contains Vitamins A, B1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 8, and 12; C, E and K. A teaspoon of wheat grass contains around 15mg of Calcium, 8mcg Iodine, 3.5mcg Selenium, 870mcg Iron, 62mcg Zinc, and many other minerals.
Potassium, ”the youth mineral”, which is plentiful in wheat grass, maintains mineral balance, tones the muscles, firms the skin, and promotes overall beauty. If you are on a calorie restricted eating plan for weigh loss, you can have all the potassium you need if you use wheat grass, without all the calories from the potassium rich fruits such as bananas.
Wheat grass contains about the same amount of Vitamin C as citrus fruits, and more than common vegetables like tomatoes or potatoes. As you know, Vitamin C acts as an antioxidant crucial to the health of the skin, teeth, gums, muscles, and joints.
Bromelain is found in pineapples, and is an enzyme that is efficient for breaking down and digesting food. Bromelain can digest proteins and may help relieve stomach upset or heartburn, particularly when used in conjunction with other enzymes such as amylase (which digests starch) and lipase (which digests fat). Bromelain also satisfies the appetite, due to the breaking down of food so that more nutrients are present. , researchers believed that these enzymes provided the key health benefits found in bromelain, a popular dietary supplement containing these pineapple extracts. In addition, researchers believed that these benefits were primarily limited to help with digestion in the intestinal tract15. However, further studies have shown that bromelain has a wide variety of health benefits, and that many of these benefits may not be related to the different enzymes found in this extract. Excessive inflammation, excessive coagulation of the blood, and certain types of tumor growth may all be reduced by therapeutic doses of bromelain when taken as a dietary supplement.
Pineapple is an excellent source the trace mineral manganese, which is an essential cofactor in a number of enzymes important in energy production and antioxidant defenses. For example, the key oxidative enzyme superoxide dismutase, which disarms free radicals produced within the mitochondria (the energy production factories within our cells), requires manganese. Just one cup of fresh pineapple supplies 128.0% of the DV for this very important trace mineral. In addition to manganese, pineapple is a good source of thiamin, a B vitamin that acts as a cofactor in enzymatic reactions central to energy production.
